How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.
If you have any other questions, please contact us and we will do our best to help you out.
Returns
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Adult Strom (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

The jacket arrived in 1 week in the interior of São Paulo, very fast. The material is perfect, very beautiful and just like the advertisement. I think the only minor issue is the buttons on the jacket, which I found a bit loose, but that's easy to fix. Despite that, all the buttons are secure, it's perfect. I am 1.77m tall, have a 92cm bust, 75cm waist, and I got size M, which was a bit oversized, but if I had taken size S it would have been short in the arms.
Product of extremely high quality. I went to Z@ra with my wife and we saw that it seems to be the same product. Unfortunately, I will have to return it for the second time because the M size was too big and the PP size was too small. However, the quality does not disappoint.

The fabric is wonderful, very similar to that of Zara. The size is quite large, so choose the size you usually wear and it will be perfect.

I bought one and then bought another, hehe.
I bought it because it seemed to have good quality for the price. There were many stores selling clothes with similar designs, but this one was the cheapest when I was making the purchase. Even though it was an overseas direct purchase, the delivery arrived faster than the expected delivery date, which was great. When I received the clothes and tried them on, even though I am 164cm tall and have an average build (top size 55-66), the size S was quite large. The vibration circumference (upper arm) is ample, and the jacket moves well even when walking freely. It's actually a bit too big, so it feels like it's going to fall off when you walk. The oversized fit makes it look nice and stylish. Other areas besides the vibration perimeter are also quite large. The leather itself was softer than expected, and it was nice that there was a lining inside the clothing as well. It's okay for the price, but the reason I deducted one star is that it has a strong smell of new clothes. It's been a few days since I received the product and hung it in a shaded area to air out, but the smell still hasn't gone away. The vegan leather and synthetic leather that I've purchased so far, which are cheaper leather materials, have a lot of the smell disappear after airing them out for a few days... But for some reason, this garment has a leather smell that lingers for a long time. People who are sensitive to smells should be careful when purchasing. It's not to the point where I can't wear it personally, but it was a bit of a concern. Also, there are quite a few loose threads, and the finishing isn't very good, so I had to tidy up the threads after receiving the product, which is why I deducted one star. However, the price was really good and the delivery was fast, so overall I'm satisfied!
The size is oversized, with plenty of room in the shoulders and waist, making it comfortable even when wearing a jacket underneath. It has a nice fit and looks great with both skinny jeans and wide-leg pants.
Omg i love this jacket so much. Am obsessed, exactly the style i was going for and looks just like the pictures. I took size m for a supper oversized fit but size s would also fit perfectly. It has no bad scent just normal new clothes scent.

Very nice jacket, unfortunately 2 buttons came off.
Delivery took 11 days. I ordered size S for a height of 163 cm and weight of 65 kg. It fit well but was quite oversized. The sleeves are a good length and so is the hem. The hip measurement also fit at 103 cm. There are no tags. There is a smell. I thought it would be tighter. Maybe I'll like it more later. Right now I'd rate it a 4. Thank you to the seller for the fast delivery.
